The Delta Police Department’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan was developed under the leadership and guidance of the Delta Police Board.
The Plan outlines three priorities and associated goals for the next five years. The priorities and goals have been informed by engagement with our community and partners, operational analysis, environmental scanning, employee input and priorities of the Minister of Public Safety and Delta City Council.
