Delta Police Department Concludes Drug Trafficking Investigation

Delta, BC – The Delta Police Department has completed an extensive investigation into the drug trafficking activities of Delta residents Devon BAINS and Elliot BAINS. This investigation involved the execution of search warrants in Delta and Richmond in November 2022.

During these operations, investigators seized a significant quantity of illegal drugs, cash, evidence of drug trafficking, and four firearms. Initially, both individuals were released pending further investigation.

As of September 2024, Crown Counsel has formally approved 30 charges against the two males, encompassing alleged offences related to drug trafficking and firearms. Both Devon BAINS and Elliot BAINS have been arrested and are currently in custody.
