Missing Elderly Male

File 2023-25779

UPDATED November 2nd, 2023, at 7am

86-year-old (Name Removed) is still missing.  The Delta Police Department is renewing its request for public assistance to help locate (Name Removed).  Specifically, residents in Tsawwassen are asked to check their yards, carports/garages, parked cars, sheds, and any other area where a person may seek shelter from inclement weather.  Additionally, neighbours in the Diefenbaker and Pebble Hills areas are asked to be vigilant and watch for (Name Removed), including reviewing any CCTV footage you may have on your home.

(Name Removed) failed to return home from his afternoon walk on November 1st at 3pm. He does suffer from memory loss and a heart condition but is generally fit and mobile.

(Name Removed) does not usually access transit and his car is at the family residence.  We believe (Name Removed) is still in the area possibly lost or confused.

If you locate (Name Removed), please remain with him and call 911 to report his location.

Thank you to our partners from South Fraser Search and Rescue who have been deployed throughout the night assisting with this investigation.  SFSAR is in continued contact with our investigators to determine when and where their volunteers will re-deploy.
