Hit and Run Pedestrian Struck Collision
Delta, BC – A collision involving a Black vehicle and a pedestrian sent one person to hospital with minor injuries. The driver did not remain at the scene.
Just before 3:00 PM, a youth male was crossing 112th Street at Bridlington Drive (in front of Burnsview Secondary School) when he was struck by a black vehicle that was travelling southbound on 112th Street. The youth male was subsequently transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The black vehicle failed to stop and continued driving southbound on 112th Street. The Delta Police is appealing to the driver of the vehicle to come forward and speak with investigators about the incident.
We want to speak with witnesses to the incident. We are requesting anyone with CCTV or dash camera video of the collision or the vehicle involved to contact the investigating officer, Cst. A. Creber, at (604)946-4411 and quote file number 2025-7255.
