Fire on Ladner Waterfront

Delta, BC – June 10, 2024 – A late night Ladner fire on June 8th, 2024, has destroyed a vacant building in the 4900 block of Chisholm Street.  The fire was reported shortly before midnight on Saturday and did not result in any injuries.  Fire investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.

Any witnesses who may have been in the area prior to the fire, or if anyone observed suspicious activity in the vicinity of the burned building are asked to contact the Delta Police. Additionally, anyone with video footage from security cameras, dash cams, or mobile devices between 10:30 pm and midnight on June 8th near the 4900 block of Chisholm St, are asked to share your video with our investigative team.
