Fatal Single Vehicle Collision
Delta, BC – On January 26th, 2025, shortly after 7pm, the Delta Police Department responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on Hwy 99 southbound at the Hwy 17 offramp exit. A white Dodge Ram pickup truck crashed into the collision impact attenuator before rolling onto its roof. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 40-year-old Alberta man, passed away at the scene.
The Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) attended the scene to collect evidence. The exits were closed for several hours while crews investigated.
